When you are feeling low in confidence you can dive into their energy, use the alter ego effect and take on their persona. Remember people aren't born confident, and none of us are confident all the time. You can be confident in some areas of your life, but have other areas that you still need to work on.
Confidence is about acceptance, stop judging yourself and comparing yourself to others. Don't beat yourself up for not having courage or confidence, instead inspire yourself with your role models and take small steps each day to boost your confidence and make positive changes.

What would I say to my younger self?
Go for your dreams, discover, learn, connect, be brave, make mistakes and keep getting up. You got your whole life ahead of you! Your best years have not happened yet, so just know whatever you do now is just a stepping stone to so much more.
You will most certainly fail at something in life, but it wont define you. You will also succeed - but success will come in the most unexpected ways and when it comes it will be huge... Embrace the journey, embrace the lessons... You got this!
