Price your way to success

As a business owner, one of the most important structures you should have in place is your pricing model.

Price your services too high and you risk not being affordable to your niche. Price your services too low and you risk being deemed ‘cheap’ and ‘inexperienced’.

What can you do to see how you should price your services?

🌺 Research your competitors so that you can see what companies in your industry are charging
🌺 Research your market and learn what your target client is willing to spend.
🌺 Do you want an hourly rate or a flat project rate? Don't forget the time it takes you do to projects- this will help you decide if you'd like to be hourly or project based.

Remember: It is important to accept that there will be times where people will question your prices. Don’t be disheartened. These people may just not be right for your business.
