People buy a brand, a person, a lifestyle, NOT a product.

1️⃣You don't buy an iPhone because it's a good phone, you buy it because of the brand that Steve created.

2️⃣You don't buy a Tesla because you like cars, you buy it because you believe in Elon.

3️⃣You don't buy Air Jordans because they're great shoes, you buy them because you're a fan of Michael.

So if you're selling an online service, you need to understand: Your product BARELY matters.

What really matters is YOU and how you market yourself.
