Was sitting in the office today wondering how much romantic and personal relationships have an impact on worker productivity. Is it necessary for employers to track personal wellbeing to.ensure higher productivity in the workplace?

It is possible but it comes at the expense of your privacy as the company would need access to very personal data in order to keep the employee productive.

Well being can be tracked from time to time by using structured questionnaire and/or group sessions that help reveal employee mental health and wellness. This may help identify troubled individuals for voluntary one on one counselling and therapy.

It is a very useful option for a company to have. A lot of companies that work in high pressure/stressful industries have an in-house counselor to ensure staff are always sharp.
