- have a routine for yourself such as meditation, exercise and journal writing whichever works for you

Keep it simple
- list your main priorities and get to them one task at a time

Work sanctuary
- have a part of your room or house where it is just purely for work

Silent the notifications
- this is to not fall off the wagon and get distracted by a cat video or a Twitter post from people you follow et al

Schedule time
- this is to mentally practice yourself to follow things through

Tidy desk policy
- an organized and tidy desk keeps the mind at peace ☮️ which means less clutter to worry or think about; more time for important stuff
